My first blog post

We arrived in Taipei Taiwan at night time. We took a bus to the station and got a ticket to go on the HSR ( high speed railway train ). The train went 300km an hour so it only took us 20min from Taipei to Taichung. We got a taxi and went to our hotel.

The next morning we had breakfast at 7 eleven and we took a bus to Sun Moon Lake. It took a few hours to get there. We rented 3 bikes and we walked our bikes to the bike track. We stopped to take photos a few times. I was really tired by the time we got back. I rode 10km. We returned our bikes and had some bubble tea.

Then we ran to the bus stop. Dad had to go to get a ticket for us so we waited in the bus.

A few hours later dad got some food for us and we went back to the hotel. I turned on the air conditioner and I  took a shower.

We went out for dinner and we also went to the night market. We got three bubble tea but it was a bit hard to communicate so dad had to use Google Translate.

The next morning we went to a new place called Alishan. It was a bit cold there because we were near the mountains but it got warmer inside 7 eleven. I bought some fried seaweed to eat mum ate a few pieces of my seaweed.

We saw a steam train there. We walked up a hill and we heard some strange music. It turns out to be the rubbish collector truck. We took a tiny bus  to somewhere in Alishan.

We heard thunder but it wasn't raining. We went to a forest and it started to rain so we got on a bus and went back to our hotel room.

I took a shower and we went out for dinner. We had to ask some people if they know where the restaurant was .After dinner we went to the night market and had bubble tea again.

The next morning we got up early, packed our suitcase and got a bus to the station to get back to Taipei. Taipei was a lot better than Taichung. It was really hot outside and when we  got to the front desk of the hotel  it was really cool so we sat in the air conditioning.

We went to have lunch but there were too many options. We chose the rice noodle soup. We went and explored the place.

Mum bought me some hair ties while dad and I were choosing a fidget spinner. I chose a blue and white fidget spinner.

Then we walked to the train station and got a train to 101 Taipei tower. There was a line with a bunch of people waiting to get into the restaurant. We went into the restaurant and had this Chinese dish.

When we got out we saw a robot there. I tried talking to it, but it didn’t speak english. We went into another long line. I didn’t know where we were going but it turns out that we were going on one of the fastest elevator. We went up to level 89 to have a wonderful view.

My mum let me play pokemon go for a bit. While mum and dad were taking photos. Then we went to a museum in the 101 Taipei tower. The museum had crystals, coral reef and other stuff like that.

Then we went and saw this gigantic yellow ball. We line up to get on the elevator to go down. We got a metro train and went back to or hotel. the next morning we packed our things and left our stuff at the front desk. My mum said we were going to the hot spring and i was really excited. We took about 2 or 3 trains to get to the hot spring. We had breakfast at 7 eleven. Dad took some photos for mum and i stayed in the shade. It was extremely  hot so i had to wait forever for mum and dad to finish taking photo. It took us a while to find which hot spring it is. We found the right one and got in the changing room. I had a shower but the water was a bit cold. I dipped my feet in the water and sat there for a while. I put my whole body in the water and I had to get out. The water was so hot. Dad found a place that wasn't hot,the water was cold. I stayed there for awhile. We were suppose to go to the hot spring but instead we went to the cold spring.

We got changed and we head back to the station and went to this place. There were a bunch of birds there. I kept running away from the birds, they were chasing me (well sort of). There was a staircase,so we went up. There was a man in bronze who used to be the president of Taiwan or the prime minister or something. We walked around the place and we saw a bird playing with its prey. We also saw two squirrels. We found a pond full of fishes. There was a vending machine for fish food. I feed the fishes for the next 5 minutes. We walked back to the station and caught a train back to the hotel. Dad and I went back to get the luggage. Mum waited at the station. We got back to the station and took a train. We stop at a place and we got a express train to the airport. We waited for the plane to arrive. Then it was time to say goodbye to Taiwan. I really hope that i can come back to Taiwan.
